What type of chocolate is this? 
We use the finest Belgian Chocolate in all of our products. Custom orders may be made in milk or dark chocolate for the same price. 

How long does it take to get my order? 
All Express collection items will ship within 72 hours, while custom orders will be ready for shipment in 2 weeks or less once artwork is approved. 

How long will the chocolate last? 
Chocolate has a shelf life of one year or longer if stored at room temperature; away from heat, humidity, direct sunlight and strong odors.   We do not recommend refrigeration.   Simply store the product at room temperature (not over 72*)  and keep away from direct sunlight and heating units.   Our cookies have a shelf life of 3-4 months.  

Is your chocolate Kosher? 
Yes, products are OU-D certified Kosher Dairy. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

How do I know my chocolate won’t melt? 
We use gel ice packs in the warm months to keep the product cold until delivery. 

What is your Return Policy? 
We want those you share our Chocolate Gifts with to be excited about their gift.  On custom orders, we guarantee that your order will meet your approved written specifications.  If any product we offer is not received in quality condition, we will replace the damaged product free of charge.
